At Get Pierced Co., we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings that have been removed from their heat-sealed tamper-evident bags cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original jewelry boxes and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
